Role: Retail Sales Head – Jewellery Industry

Salary: 6 LPA to 12 LPA
Job Responsibilities
- Drive retail showroom sales and achieve business targets
- Manage multiple store operations and sales teams
- Handle customer relationships and VIP clients
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store KPIs
- Train and motivate showroom staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and showroom standards
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and sales management
- Jewellery retail experience mandatory
- Excellent communication and team handling skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and sales reporting
Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in jewellery retail sales and team management.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
