Key Responsibilities
- Prepare operation theatres before surgical procedures.
- Arrange and check surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during surgeries.
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments.
- Operate and maintain OT equipment and report malfunctions promptly.
- Assist in patient positioning and safe transfer of patients.
- Maintain OT records, checklists, and inventory.
- Follow infection prevention and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of OT before and after procedures.
- Participate in emergency and trauma surgeries as required.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control.
- Ability to handle OT equipment and medical devices.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
