Role Overview
We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager who can independently generate leads, build relationships, and close corporate interior and IT/AV projects. This is a key position and the first core team member in the company, offering strong growth and leadership potential.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement strategies for generating leads and acquiring new clients across Delhi NCR.
- Create and nurture relationships with decision-makers, such as project managers, procurement heads, purchase managers, sourcing managers, real estate developers, business owners, and facility managers.
- Generate new business through various channels including cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and attending industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Actively promote the company’s services through professional relationships, social media, and industry connections.
2.Strategic Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy tailored to expanding the company’s footprint across different regions and industries in India.
- Analyse clients' needs and propose customized interior design and build solutions.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and pricing strategies that align with the company’s goals and client expectations.
- Set sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
3.Client Relationship Management & Retention:
- Build long-term relationships with key clients to ensure continued business and repeat projects.
- Provide a high level of customer service by regularly following up with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns during the project lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain key accounts, ensuring that each client’s needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services such as project management, renovation, or maintenance services.
4.Negotiation & Closing Deals:
- Lead negotiations and closing of business deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and profitability.
- Work closely with the project management and finance teams to prepare proposals, cost estimations, contracts, and project timelines.
- Finalize contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
5.Collaboration with Design and Project Teams:
- Work closely with the interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure the client's vision is accurately translated into design proposals and that the company delivers high-quality results within timelines and budget.
- Participate in internal meetings to provide business insights and collaborate on strategy for project delivery.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for estimation and execution support
- Assist in handover from sales to project execution teams
- Ensure smooth communication between client, design, and technical teams
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor pricing, market trends, and upcoming corporate projects
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in:
- Corporate Office Interior Fit-Out
- IT Infrastructure / AV System Integration
- ELV / Automation solutions
- Hands-on experience in closing B2B corporate projects
Technical Knowledge (Working Level)
- Office interior workflow & turnkey project understanding
- Audio-Video systems (VC, displays, PA, automation)
- Basic IT networking & structured cabling concepts
- Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and specifications

- Experience working with interior fit-out companies, AV system integrators, IT/ELV firms

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
