Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to management and various departments.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, commercial, and regulatory laws.
- Handle legal notices, claims, disputes, and litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and government authorities.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
- Manage company licenses, registrations, permits, and statutory filings.
- Review policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the business.
- Maintain legal records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Enrollment with the Bar Council (preferred for some organizations).
- Knowledge of corporate, contract, labor, and commercial laws.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document review.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of legal compliance requirements.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
