Job Overview
Next XR India is looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Manager to lead and manage software development projects across Flutter, PHP, and Python technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Candidates with knowledge or experience in XR technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), or Extended Reality (XR) will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage development teams working on Flutter, PHP, and Python-based applications.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Review technical architecture, code quality, and development processes.
- Ensure best practices in software development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve technical challenges.
- Participate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, and effort estimation.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve technical and professional skills.
- Collaborate with management and clients to understand business requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Flutter
- PHP
- Python
- Experience in technical leadership and team management.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge or experience in XR technologies (AR/VR/MR/XR).
- Familiarity with Unity or immersive technology projects is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud deployment and API integrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant industry experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
