Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent, highly disciplined, and experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee our financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and manage robust internal controls.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in manufacturing accounts (including inventory valuation and cost accounting), maintain impeccable professional reliability, and demonstrate strong leadership to ensure seamless financial continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% timely compliance with GST filing, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other local manufacturing regulations.
- Costing & Inventory: Manage factory cost accounting, inventory tracking, variance analysis, and regular stock reconciliation.
- Banking & Cash Flow: Monitor daily cash flows, manage bank reconciliations, handle working capital requirements, and coordinate with banking partners.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management review; track operational performance against budgets.
- Audit Coordination: Lead and facilitate internal and external annual financial audits.
- Internal Controls: Implement and enforce strict financial discipline and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the department to safeguard company assets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance, or Inter-CA / Inter-CMA.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of core accounting experience specifically within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with Tally Prime, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and ERP systems.
- Core Competencies: Strong understanding of factory compliance, taxation laws, data integrity, and inventory management.
- Attributes: High moral integrity, strict adherence to punctuality, organizational structure, and professional discipline.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
