Exp- 1 year in Field Sales (Building materials industry preferred not mandatory)
Designation: Field Sales Executive - Civil
Qualification: Graduation in any stream
Job Description:
1. Developing new clients, finalizing & closing the deal with them.
2. Follow up inquiries with clients. / (Resolve client inquiries.)
3. Calculation of rates (taking rates from brokers & suppliers, adding margin, cost of fund and other factors to give competitive offers)
4. Make competitive & prepare accurate quotations.
5. Negotiation with clients, brokers for order and negotiating rates with suppliers.
6. Check material availability and coordinate with Suppliers Team.
7. Achieving monthly sales targets.
8. Monitor purchase is done at the lowest rates with better credit terms and good quality.
9. Monitoring on the planning of delivery, arrangement of transport and other charges
10. Follow up for delivery with supplier’s team and coordinating with customers
11. Deliver material on time with quality requirement of the client.
12. Monitoring of dispatches of sales bill on time with proper supporting documents and monitoring & managing bill processing system.
13. Payment Follow-up on daily basis.
14. Follow up on Debit Note for delay payment.
15. Updating the market trends daily
16. Managing any dispute related to purchase, sales on priority.
17. Submitting internal memo in case of genuine deductions in payment.
18. Providing training to Juniors and monitoring their activities as & when required.
19. Updating and managing of Client data like Name, Nature of business, no of sites, key persons & Purchase person's Contact details along with email address.
20. Maintaining good relationship with suppliers & clients.
21. Ensure timely resolution of queries or complaints of Supervisors, clients & transport person etc.
22. Updating the required MIS Reports from seniors.
