**Sprouts Hideaways Private Limited** is looking for a **Sales Executive** to join our growing team in **Pune**!
**Location:** Pune
**Salary:** ₹3 Lakh Per Annum (CTC)
**Experience:** 1–3 Years
**Industry:** Hospitality / Travel & Tourism
### Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through calls, meetings, references, and market visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with **travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients & B2B partners**.
- Promote resort packages, accommodation, and hospitality services.
- Conduct client meetings and regular follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with Reservations, Operations & Marketing teams for smooth execution.
- Track leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.
### What We’re Looking For:
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ 1–3 years of experience in Sales / B2B Sales / Hospitality / Travel
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Strong client relationship-building skills
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office / CRM
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings
