About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, onboarding, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support HR Generalist activities, including employee onboarding, induction, documentation, employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, performance management, and maintaining HR records.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee communications while ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, MIS, presentations, and other HR documentation.
- Assist the Head – HR in executing strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, management reporting, and special HR projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business and HR requirements effectively.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Head – HR and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist functions.
- Experience in a Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing firm is preferred.
- Experience in the Media Industry will be an added advantage.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Hindi (Speaking).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
