Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of TMT bars to builders, contractors, distributors, and projects in Mumbai.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, negotiation, order closure, and collections.
- Build and maintain a strong distributor/retailer network; achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and project pipelines; submit accurate reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with supply chain and accounts for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven 3+ years in TMT bars/long steel product sales with a strong Mumbai network.
- Solid understanding of grades, diameters, pricing, and delivery logistics.
- Target-driven, persuasive communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/Excel; valid two-wheeler license preferred.
Education
- Graduate degree; MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing is a plus.
Employment Type
- Full-time; field-intensive role.
Pay: ₹9,802.51 - ₹35,000.00 per month
