About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Basic video editing and graphic design knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media trends, hashtags, and content strategies.
