Job Purpose
Process transactions accurately and within timelines while ensuring compliance with laid-down processes. Monitor suspense accounts, submit control statements, and ensure zero customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities
Payment Operations
Acknowledge and verify vendor and travel claims; Scan and upload images in VBMS within TAT; Generate and file reports for tracking and claims; L Discharging Duties (Examples Listed Below); Collaborate with customers, sales, collection, credit, RIC, admin, branch banking, and operations teams; RMS/Archival System For Record Maintenance Purpose; Close IDPMS/EDPMS and resolve unreconciled entries; Conduct receipt of login files, barcoding, and credit parameter checks; Complete TOS checklist and initiate scanning; Store approved files and destroy outdated files as per guidelines; Receipt Of Pre-Disbursement File; Mark FTNR in Loan Origination System; Initiate disbursement and check delivery status; Scan files, index in IDEA-RAS, and maintain courier records; Handle customer queries and update registers; House/ECS Mandates/Standing Instruction Orders; Print and dispatch No Objection Certificates; Update and dispatch post-due documents; Maintain TAT and ensure safe custody of records; Laundering Guidelines Are Meticulously Followed; Ensure timely processing of account opening forms; Track and process account opening forms and CASA instructions; Opening Forms And CASA Instructions; Dispatch forms and instructions to mapped CPU; Ensure Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering compliance.

Graduate, preferably in banking or related field.
