We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 3+ years of experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software such as Keka and be capable of managing end-to-end HR activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, JobHai, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Verify punch-in/punch-out records through Keka HRMS.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Generate payroll and attendance reports.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and audits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee database and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.
Required Skills
- Experience with Keka HRMS or similar HR software.
- Knowledge of Payroll Processing.
- Strong understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, and labor law compliance.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience.
- MS Excel and MIS Reporting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling end-to-end HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
