Role:
To perform a SME role for a Tools team which consists of various infrastructure monitoring tools specifically Splunk, Elastic Search and suite of Components.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Network, Application, and infrastructure monitoring
- Hands on experience with one of the HPE/Micro Focus monitoring products
- Splunk, Elastic Search, UCMDB, Server Automation, Operation Orchestrator, and suite of Components.
- Ability to troubleshoot monitoring incidents leveraging Micro Focus / HPE product capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and Strong Team management and mentoring skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills including presentation.
- Must be very security conscious and do all it takes to avoid sensitive data falling into wrong hands.
- Have in-depth knowledge of management goals, visions and work in line with team members to achieve them.
- Languag e – ability to read/write English.
