- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices
- Experience working on production support, enhancements and troubleshooting
- Salesforce Certification is mandatory/preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, LWC components and Salesforce Flows.
- Perform configuration, customization and integration activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
- Work with US-based stakeholders and development teams during US business hours.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development/consulting experience.
- Strong Service Cloud implementation experience.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Salesforce certification is highly desirable.
Pay: ₹1,283,588.91 - ₹1,926,763.81 per year
