About the Role
We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Hindi and English, be comfortable making calls, interacting with customers, generating leads, and working towards sales targets.
Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Call Center, Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers as per business requirements.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication and sales techniques.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regularly.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for lead conversion and customer requirements.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maximize lead conversion opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Call Center, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Calling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with sales and calling targets.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off.
- Comfortable working in day rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
10th Pass candidates can also apply, provided they have relevant telecalling/telesales experience and good communication skills.
Candidates with 12th, Diploma, Graduation, or Post-Graduation qualifications are also eligible.
