Job description:
We are hiring a Captain for our hospitality team. The role involves supervising floor operations, managing service staff, ensuring high service standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience. Candidates must have strong communication skills and 1–3 years of F&B service experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Captain/Head Waiter.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards.
- Presentable, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
