Job Role : Support Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to manage end-to-end project delivery support for students across PhD, MTech, BTech, and other technical domains. The role involves coordinating with technical teams, scheduling sessions, tracking project progress, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth student experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery & Coordination
- Coordinate with technical teams for project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Schedule project demonstrations, technical discussions, and explanation sessions.
- Track project milestones and maintain delivery records.
Student Support & Guidance:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students after enrollment.
- Guide students on project workflow, documentation, and deliverables.
- Provide support regarding reports, presentations, and submissions.
- Ensure prompt responses to student queries and concerns.
Session Management:
- Schedule and confirm technical sessions with students and experts.
- Coordinate communication between students and technical teams.
- Track session completion and maintain follow-up records.
Payment & Issue Handling:
- Follow up on pending payments as per project milestones.
- Handle student concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve project-related challenges.
Service Coordination:
- Work closely with coding, documentation, research, and support teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to students.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Feedback & Improvement:
- Collect feedback from students after project completion.
- Identify improvement opportunities in service delivery.
- Maintain records of feedback, issues, and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
- 0–3+ years of experience in coordination, support, operations, or education services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of technical or academic projects.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
