·The Business Development function at Designversity is a critical driver of our growth in the field of Design education in India. Key responsibilities of the team relate to identifying and acquiring high quality leads and student enrolment for our national and international Bachelors in Design programmes; through association with related stakeholders i.e. Schools, Coaching Institutions, Junior Colleges, Consultants, Career Counsellors etc.
Designversity invites young, enthusiastic, self-motivated and result oriented professionals to become part of our business development team as Business Development Associates/Executives for both our B2B and B2C initiatives.
As a Business Development Executive, we require you to take on the following specific responsibilities.
1. Identify and connect with potential business associates
2. Represent the Designversity brand in design education space in India at educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
3. Forge long term business partnerships to acquire student referrals and conduct joint events
4. Create meaningful marketing campaigns and assets (Competitions, Knowledge Forums, Sector specific Campaigns etc.) for the Organization
5. Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified student leads through direct outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
6. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders including school principals, career counsellors, coaching institute heads, and education consultants across India.
7. Conduct and monitor outreach programmes to connect with potential students and their parents; achieve effective conversion and manage the entire acquisition cycle from application to enrolment
8. Track all business development activities, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.
9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and optimize the acquisition strategy.
10. Present regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
We invite applications from candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience specifically in the education sector (Service Sector) and in business development. Candidates should have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Our preference is for candidates with a post graduate degree in Management and a proven track record of success in the business development function. Strong relationship building and networking abilities will be an added advantage. Strong Language Skills i.e. command over verbal and written English is preferred.
Monthly compensation will be in the range of Rs. 35,000-Rs. 75,000/- based on the position. A higher start may be considered for experienced and deserving candidates.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
