We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to manage customer enquiries, respond to leads, and convert enquiries into confirmed appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong follow-up abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp
* Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Explain services, packages, pricing, and offers.
* Schedule consultations and appointments.
* Follow up with prospective customers to maximize booking conversions.
* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed appointments.
* Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless customer service.
* Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent client experience.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relations, Sales, Telecalling, Front Office, or Customer Support.
* Strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
* Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
* Own a smartphone or laptop with a reliable internet connection.
* Self-motivated and target-oriented.
