Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the organization's staffing requirements. The role focuses on attracting quality talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting business growth through effective hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary offers and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Conduct reference and background verification as required.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
