Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating with clients, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and attend visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
- Make follow-up calls to clients and customers.
- Maintain call records, visitor registers, and appointment schedules.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and office documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with administrative tasks.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass);
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Prior experience in reception, telecalling, or customer service will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
- Customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
