Role: Oracle HCM Consultant
Modules: Benefits & Compensation
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules with focus on Benefits and Compensation.
Configure compensation plans, eligibility profiles, benefit programs, and payroll integration.
Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Perform testing, issue resolution, and production support.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams for integrations and enhancements.
Prepare functional documentation and user training materials.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Hands-on expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules.
Knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Fast Formulas.
Experience with configuration, testing, and support activities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
Oracle HCM certification is an advantage.
Experience in implementation/support projects.
Exposure to integration tools and reporting.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
