CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for motivated and dynamic candidates to join our Business Development team.
Role: Business Development Coordinator
Experience: 0–1 Year
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students and professionals through calls and follow-ups
- Provide information about training programs and career opportunities
- Generate and manage leads effectively
- Support the enrollment process by guiding candidates appropriately
- Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with candidates
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support
- Contribute towards achieving monthly targets and team goals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in Business Development and Client Interaction
- Basic understanding of lead management and follow-up process
- Knowledge of South Indian languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary:
Freshers – ₹18,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
