A KFC Team Member is an entry-level restaurant employee responsible for preparing food, serving customers, operating cash registers, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a fast and friendly dining experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Front of House
- Greeting guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Taking orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Processing cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Managing the drive-thru window efficiently to meet speed goals.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints politely.
Food Preparation & Back of House
- Preparing KFC signature chicken according to exact brand recipes.
- Assembling orders, including burgers, twisters, sides, and buckets.
- Operating commercial kitchen equipment like fryers and ovens safely.
- Monitoring food holding times to maintain freshness and quality.
- Packaging takeout, delivery, and dine-in orders accurately.
Cleanliness & Restaurant Safety
- Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Sanitizing food preparation surfaces, counters, and kitchen utensils.
- Cleaning the dining area, restrooms, and parking lot regularly.
- Washing dishes and disposing of trash correctly.
- Restocking packaging supplies, condiments, and beverage stations.
Skills & Requirements
- Age Limit: Usually at least 18 years old.
- Education: No specific academic background is required.
- Environment: Ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills to collaborate during peak hours.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹9,581.69 - ₹18,330.18 per month
