Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute manpower planning strategies for all resorts and corporate functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for leadership, managerial, and operational positions.
- Build talent pipelines and succession plans for critical roles.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies within approved timelines.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Ensure accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage HRMS systems and employee databases.
- Drive automation and process improvements in HR operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee services.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Lead the implementation and administration of Performance Management Systems.
- Drive KPI and KRA-based performance culture across all departments.
- Facilitate annual appraisals, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Monitor employee productivity and performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment of individual goals with organizational objectives.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify organizational training needs and develop annual training calendars.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Coordinate technical, behavioral, compliance, and management training programs.
- Track training effectiveness and employee development plans.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across all resort locations.
- Organize employee welfare programs, annual day celebrations, recognition programs, and cultural activities.
- Promote a positive work environment and strong employee relations.
- Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Strengthen organizational culture and employee retention initiatives.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Support compensation benchmarking and salary review processes.
- Manage annual increment and performance-linked reward programs.
- Monitor employee benefits including insurance, statutory benefits, and welfare schemes.
- Ensure compensation practices remain competitive and compliant.
7. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage inspections, audits, and filings related to:
- EPF
- ESIC
- Labour Welfare Fund
- Shops & Establishment
- Contract Labour Compliance
- Gratuity
- Minimum Wages
- Other statutory regulations
- Liaise with government authorities and external consultants.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and records.
8. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards and management reports.
- Monitor key HR metrics including:
- Attrition Rate
- Recruitment TAT
- Employee Productivity
- Training Hours
- Employee Engagement Scores
- Absenteeism
- Manpower Cost
- Present HR insights and recommendations to management.
9. Policy Development & Governance
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure consistent policy implementation across all resorts.
- Promote ethical workplace practices and compliance standards.
- Support organizational change management initiatives.

Qualification & ExperienceQualification
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
Experience
- 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or service industries.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial HR role.
- Strong exposure to multi-property HR operations and labour law compliance.

Authority
The Human Resources Manager shall have authority to:
- Lead HR operations across all resorts and corporate functions.
- Recommend hiring, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct HR audits and compliance reviews.
- Approve HR operational processes within defined authority limits.
- Represent the organization before statutory authorities on HR-related matters.
General Clause
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the Human Resources Manager may be assigned additional duties, projects, or strategic initiatives by Management from time to time based on business requirements and organizational priorities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
