Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead the growth of Digol Technologies. The ideal candidate will be a master of international client acquisition, specializing in online freelance and bidding platforms. You will be responsible for the entire sales funnel—from hunting prospects and writing killing proposals to negotiating and sealing the deal—with a razor-sharp focus on company revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities & Core Pipeline1. Lead Generation & Platform Hunting
- Actively source high-ticket international IT and branding projects through platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, Fiverr Pro, and PeoplePerHour.
- Leverage latest B2B platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, and Contra to find premium corporate prospects.
- Monitor daily platform feeds, analyze client requirements, and write highly customized, technically accurate, and persuasive proposals.
2. Deal Closure & Client Relationship
- Handle client communication from the first response down to final contract signing.
- Conduct introductory calls, discover client pain points, pitch Digol’s tech stack/branding solutions, and handle objections skillfully.
- Negotiate pricing, project milestones, and delivery timelines without compromising on company profit margins.
3. Business Model & Revenue Strategy
- Focus heavily on driving monthly and quarterly recurring revenue goals.
- Structure modern, scalable business deals: Fixed-cost projects, Monthly Retainers, and Dedicated Resource Allocation (Team Hiring models).
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients to maximize account value.
4. Technical Collaboration
- Coordinate with our internal development and creative design teams to understand our project delivery capabilities before committing to client deadlines.
- Translate non-technical client briefs into structured requirements for the technical team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: At least 2+ years of successful history closing international tech/softwares deals on Upwork and LinkedIn (Profiles/portfolio evidence required).
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with a neutral accent for overseas client calling.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of project estimation, ROI calculation, and closing frameworks.
