Bridge Edge Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Dispute & Risk Executive to manage dispute resolution processes, operational risk handling, and issue investigation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and the capability to resolve disputes efficiently while maintaining professional client and internal relationships.
Candidates with experience in dispute handling, issue management, collections, reconciliation, risk assessment, or operational coordination will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispute Resolution & Issue Handling
- Investigate and resolve disputes related to operational processes, billing concerns, documentation mismatches, service-related issues, and transaction discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Track, monitor, and maintain dispute records and closure timelines.
- Handle escalations professionally and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
2. Risk Management & Analysis
- Identify operational and process-related risks across business activities.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring disputes and operational concerns.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce future risks.
- Support management with risk assessment reports and operational insights.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation related to disputes, escalations, and resolutions.
- Ensure all dispute handling activities are aligned with company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare reports related to dispute trends, issue status, and resolution timelines.
4. Reporting & Process Improvement
- Prepare MIS reports and issue tracking summaries.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and workflow optimization.
- Assist management in implementing process enhancements to reduce disputes and improve efficiency.
Required Skills:

- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools

Qualifications:
- Legal background preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in dispute management, operations, risk handling, or related domains preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
