Experience working as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Coordinator, or similar role, supporting one or more countries in the SOA, ANZ, or AME regions (e.g., South Africa, Nigeria, Egypt, India, Australia, etc.).
Exposure to one or more payroll systems/vendors, such as ADP, NGA (Alight), or Dayforce.
Proficiency in HR systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Understanding of full-cycle payroll processes, including new hires, exits, promotions, and F&F settlements.
Familiarity with local payroll regulations and statutory requirements in supported countries.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence for payroll service partners.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3–6 years of payroll experience, preferably in a shared services or multi-country setup.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for payroll calculations and reporting.
Excellent analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
