I run a small sanitary-pad production unit and now need an expert who knows every nut, bolt, sensor and blade inside the machine. My main challenge is with the parts themselves—I want confident guidance on the complete set, not just individual modules. Whether it is the motor-and-gear assembly, the sensor and control panel, or the cutting and folding station, I need clear answers on specifications, sourcing options, compatibility and long-term reliability. The engagement is part-time and can be handled remotely through video calls, shared drawings and parts lists. I envision short but regular sessions where you: • Review my current design or photos and pinpoint missing or sub-optimal components • Recommend the right motors, gears, sensors, PLC or HMI, plus cutting and folding hardware • Suggest trusted suppliers or alternative makes when local stock is limited • Outline basic installation and routine maintenance practices so we avoid costly downtime If you have hands-on experience assembling, upgrading or troubleshooting complete sanitary-pad machines, I would like to start with an introductory call and then move to milestone-based guidance documents and live Q&A. Clear, practical advice is what matters most.
