Job Description
- Handle end-to-end procurement for modular kitchen & wardrobe projects
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and purchase processes
- Ensure timely availability of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Source and develop vendors for plywood, laminates, hardware, accessories, appliances, etc.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize orders as per company standards
- Prepare and manage purchase orders
- Track material deliveries and ensure timelines are met
- Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for material planning
- Audit vendor quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain vendor relationships for long-term collaboration
- Manage procurement records and inventory planning
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement
- Experience in modular kitchen / furniture / interior industry preferred
- Knowledge of materials like plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, finishes
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good coordination and follow-up ability
