About the Role:
We are hiring Senior Java Full Stack Developers who have real experience building and maintaining production-grade backend (Java) and frontend systems. This role is not about basic ticket implementation—you should have owned services, handled performance and reliability challenges, and made practical design decisions under real-world constraints.
You will work on enterprise applications, financial systems, and high-performance platforms where both scalability and stability matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle
- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and enhance backend and frontend features
- Identify and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with product managers and architects
- Deliver high-quality features and improvements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in Java development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and REST APIs
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Cloud exposure (AWS preferred)
- Frontend experience with React or Angular
- Understanding of Kubernetes and container-based deployments
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
