- Conduct formulation development, stability analysis, and testing of agrochemical products using GC, HPLC, UV, spectrophotometer, and other analytical instruments.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment such as lab instruments and PH meter to ensure accuracy and precision in test results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate records of experiments, data analysis, and reporting.
