· Assist the Service In-charge in the installation, commissioning, calibration, repair, and maintenance of industrial instruments and equipment.
· Carry out inspection of instruments and prepare inspection and service reports.
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment at customer sites and the service centre.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and instrumentation-related issues.
· Assist in pre-dispatch inspection (PDI), testing, and quality checks of products before delivery.
· Visit customer locations for installation, servicing, calibration, inspection, breakdown support, and product demonstrations as required.
· Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules, preventive maintenance, warranty status, and service requests.
· Maintain daily service reports, visit reports, calibration records, and other service-related documentation.
· Ensure proper handling and maintenance of service tools, testing instruments, and spare parts.
· Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards while carrying out service activities.
· Provide timely updates to customers regarding service progress and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
· Stay updated with new products, technologies, and industry best practices through regular training.
· Be willing to travel within Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand, and other locations across India as per business requirements.
Required Qualifications
· B.Tech/B.E. (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, ECE, EEE) OR B.Sc. (Electronics/Physics).
· Freshers are encouraged to apply.
· Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in service, maintenance, instrumentation, electronics, automation, or industrial equipment will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
