Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead road surveys, inspections, assessments, and engineering projects while ensuring quality, accuracy, timelines, and engineering standards.
- Road Engineering: Evaluate pavement condition, road defects, traffic conditions, road safety parameters, and overall infrastructure performance.
- AI & Technology Integration: Work with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to integrate road engineering expertise into AI/ML, computer vision, and technology-driven solutions.
- Technical Validation: Validate AI-generated outputs and ensure engineering accuracy across road asset management, safety audits, and pavement assessment solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Contribute to R&D initiatives involving road engineering, ITS, AI, computer vision, and data-driven infrastructure solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with clients, government authorities, consultants, and internal teams; present technical findings and project updates.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, interns, and annotation teams on road defect identification, data annotation, engineering assessment, and reporting.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports, proposals, presentations, guidelines, and engineering documentation.
- Field & Client Representation: Represent the organization during site visits, technical meetings, client discussions, and industry interactions.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Highway Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of pavement engineering, highway engineering, road assessment, and road safety.
- Experience in road surveys, pavement condition assessment, GIS, or transportation projects.
- Understanding of AI/ML, computer vision, GIS, and data-driven engineering solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Prior experience in leading engineering projects or teams will be an advantage.

Work Mode: Full-Time | In-Office
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
