Role: Marketing Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar
Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + TA Reimbursement
Key Responsibilities1. Doctor Network Development
- Meet and onboard healthcare professionals and doctors
- Build long-term relationships with clinics and healthcare partners
- Achieve a target of onboarding 20 doctors per month
2. B2B Events & Activations
- Coordinate and execute wellness events, awareness programs, and health camps
- Work with corporates, gyms, colleges, residential communities, and organizations
- Achieve a target of 10 B2B events/activations per month
3. Branding & Content Support
- Assist the branding and marketing team in content creation activities
- Support reels, interviews, testimonials, event coverage, and awareness campaigns
- Collect customer stories, feedback, and field insights for content development
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with field sales, outreach, and networking
- Ability to conduct presentations and awareness sessions
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
- Passion for wellness, healthcare, nutrition, or preventive health is preferred
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Must possess a valid Driving License
- Must be comfortable with daily field travel across Bhubaneswar
What Success Looks Like
- Onboard 20 doctors every month
- Execute 10 B2B wellness events every month
- Actively support branding and content initiatives through field execution
- Build strong local visibility and partnerships for Kefilo
