Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and service management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Assist in inventory management and resource planning.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when required.
- Support customer service and client relationship management activities.
- Participate in audits and quality control initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
