Job Title: Facility Manager

Job Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of buildings and infrastructure. This role ensures that facilities are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, cost-efficient, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for occupants.
Key Responsibilities1. Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of all systems.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance work.
2. Vendor & Contract Management
- Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Control costs while maintaining service quality.
3. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Implement emergency response plans and procedures.
4. Space Management
- Optimize space utilization and workplace layout.
- Support office moves, renovations, and expansions.
5. Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage facility budgets.
- Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
6. Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain records of facility assets and equipment.
- Ensure proper lifecycle management and replacements.
7. Team Management
- Supervise facility staff, technicians, and housekeeping teams.
- Provide training and performance feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
