We are hiring Customer Support Executives to provide assistance across voice, chat, and email support channels. This is a full-time, on-site role with rotational shifts.
Location: Mohali,Punjab (Work From Office)
Rotational Shifts (Day/Evening, 24*7)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month (In-Hand ₹16,400)
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via voice, chat, and email.
- Provide timely resolutions and maintain service quality.
- Record customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation.
- Achieve performance targets consistently.
Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in customer service)
- Basic communication skills in English & Hindi.
