Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Banca Trainer to drive training initiatives for bancassurance teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge, sales capabilities, and overall performance of bank channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs for bancassurance teams across assigned locations
- Conduct product, process, and sales training sessions
- Identify training needs and design effective learning modules
- Support sales teams in improving productivity and achieving targets
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
- Provide on-field coaching and mentoring to bank staff
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Bancassurance training is mandatory
- Prior experience in insurance sales/training roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
- Age: Up to 40 years
Preferred Background
- Experience with leading insurance companies
- Proven track record in training and sales performance improvement
