● Manage and oversee the entire after-sales service process. ● Ensure timely installation, servicing, and maintenance of equipment at client locations. ● Lead and supervise Field Service Representatives (FSRs) and service engineers. ● Monitor service performance and ensure service KPIs are met. ● Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions. ● Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. ● Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations. ● Ensure proper documentation of service reports, AMC contracts, and service history. ● Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability. ● Provide training and support to service staff. ● Implement service improvement strategies and cost control measures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
