Job Summary
Marina Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Travel Consultant to join our team in Malé, Maldives. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in corporate travel management, airline ticketing, and Amadeus GDS, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Only candidates with proven experience and Amadeus expertise will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel arrangements for leading corporate clients with professionalism and accuracy
- Design tailored itineraries to meet complex and high-demand travel needs
- Quote competitive and accurate fares across multiple airlines and routes
- Combine multiple airlines and create seamless interline connections
- Handle airline reservations, ticketing, and rebooking efficiently
- Provide expert travel advice and alternate routing options to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and ensure client satisfaction
- Deliver prompt, solution-oriented customer service at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing travel for corporate clients
- 5+ years in airline reservations and ticketing
- Advanced proficiency in Amadeus GDS (mandatory — applications without Amadeus experience will not be considered)
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong service orientation with a client-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy in fare quoting and ticketing
