Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales, Marketing & Business Development professional to join our growing team. This is an open-level role — we welcome applications from motivated entry-level candidates ready to grow, as well as experienced professionals ready to lead. The right candidate will take ownership of sales pipelines, lead generation, digital marketing campaigns, and institutional relationships, contributing directly to BIEDX's global enrollment and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Research, identify, and generate qualified leads across target markets including hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions
- Follow up with leads through email, calls, and LinkedIn to drive conversions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with international doctors, hospitals, and institutions
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle — from first contact through to successful conversion
- Identify and explore new partnership, collaboration, and sponsorship opportunities
Marketing & Campaigns
- Plan and support digital marketing campaigns — both organic and paid — across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Draft, schedule, and publish content aligned with BIEDX's brand voice and strategy
- Manage SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics and optimise for ROI
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline events, webinars, and promotional activations
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and institutions for targeted program promotion
CRM & Reporting
- Manage and update CRM records accurately and consistently
- Prepare and present regular performance reports covering sales and marketing KPIs
- Contribute insights to inform product positioning, pricing decisions, and new market entry
Leadership (Mid-Senior)
- Supervise and mentor junior team members as the role grows
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and content creators
- Represent BIEDX at conferences, webinars, and industry networking events
- Contribute to strategic decisions around growth, partnerships, and market expansion
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with international professionals
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
For Mid-Senior Applicants (3-5 years experience)
- Proven track record in lead generation, CRM management, and sales conversion
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage external vendors
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
