Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Manager to oversee daily centre operations and ensure
smooth functioning of all management activities. The candidate should have strong leadership, organizational,
and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day centre operations efficiently
Supervise staff and ensure proper workflow
Handle administrative and management-related tasks
Monitor performance and maintain service quality
Coordinate with management for planning and execution
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries/issues
Implement company policies and operational procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–3 years of relevant work experience in operations/management
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Working Conditions:
Full-time role

Flexible to work as per business requirements
