LinkedIn & Outbound Specialist
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and reach out to HR heads, Admin Managers and decision-makers on LinkedIn
2. Send personalised connection requests and follow-up messages daily
3. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
4. Reactivate existing leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email outreach
5. Research target companies and build prospect lists using tools like Apollo.io
6. Track all outreach activity and lead responses in the CRM
7. Report weekly on connection rates, response rates and leads generated
Requirements
1. 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation or inside sales
2. Excellent written communication — messages must feel personal, not templated
3. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
4. Consistent and organised — outreach only works when done daily
5. Comfortable using CRM tools to log and track leads
Good to Have
1. Experience with Apollo.io or similar prospecting tools
2. Background in B2B sales or business development
3. Familiarity with the corporate events industry
