Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Student Counsellor to guide students in pursuing their education abroad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand student requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities (UK, Germany, Ireland, Dubai, etc.)
- Understand student profiles and suggest suitable courses and universities
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications
- Maintain regular communication with students and parents
- Coordinate with the documentation team for application and visa processing
- Update and manage student data in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the study abroad industry (preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills can apply
- Ability to convince and handle students professionally
- Basic knowledge of overseas education processes is an added advantage
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
