Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities and administrative tasks.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and order status.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and issue resolution.
- Track sales targets and assist in preparing MIS reports.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Freshers Required.
