Giftkyade.com is a fast-growing gifting and e-commerce platform focused on delivering unique and customized gifting solutions. We are expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to streamline sourcing and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure cost efficiency
- Manage end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid stock shortages
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and new sourcing opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, finance) for smooth procurement flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce procurement costs.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
