Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs before execution.
- Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement schedules, and inventory at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Verify contractor work and prepare measurement sheets and billing documentation.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to project management.
- Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and closeout documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC installation and site execution (experience requirements may vary based on project needs).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, ventilation, chilled water systems, and VRF/VRV systems.
- Familiarity with relevant HVAC codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC projects.
- Knowledge of testing, balancing, and commissioning procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
