Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Coordinator to manage customer communication, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong follow-up capabilities to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communication and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues and feedback
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution
- Prepare reports and maintain customer-related records
- Address customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Support team coordination and operational activities
- Monitor customer satisfaction and improve service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in customer coordination or customer support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team coordination and multitasking abilities
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Experience in manufacturing or solar industry will be an added advantage
